Sessions are by appointment and can be scheduled by phone or email.   
Note that email is the most efficient way to reach me.

Hours are from 10 am to 7 pm M-Th and from 10 am to 5 pm on Friday. Some weekend hours are available on Saturday.

Some third-party reimbursement is accepted. I am on United, Aetna and BCBS PPO plans.  If using your mental health insurance, please contact your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits before scheduling an appointment.

Supervisees do not accept insurance and are available for clients paying with cash or Health Savings Account (HSA) funds on a sliding scale basis.

If paying out of pocket, discounts are available when packages are purchased in advance.

Groups are offered throughout the year when in session.  Ask about the ones you are interested in and we will let you know if/when it is/will be in session.
